I've registered, why haven't I received information?

Troubleshooting missing registration information.

 

In the new Learning Lab, you should receive immediate access to your course space upon registration. 

Looking for your registration information? Please try the following steps in order:

  1. Check your member dashboard. Your member dashboard will show you all the courses for which you have access. Simply scroll down the page to find them.

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. You may need to create an account or update your password after purchasing a course. Emails come from learninglab@faithlead.org and academy@faithlead.org. Add these to your approved list.
  2. Confirm the email address you used when you registered. Check your email addresses, including your personal email address, to see if information has been sent there.
  3. Did someone else register you? If so, they may have used their email address and may be receiving your information. Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
  4. If you're still having trouble, create a ticket for additional support!
