# I've registered, why haven't I received information?

## Troubleshooting missing registration information.

**In the new Learning Lab, you should receive immediate access to your course space upon registration.** 

Looking for your registration information? Please try the following steps in order:

1. **Check your member dashboard.** Your [member dashboard](https://faithlead.org/member-dashboard) will show you all the courses for which you have access. Simply scroll down the page to find them.

1. **Check your spam or junk folder.** You may need to create an account or update your password after purchasing a course. Emails come from learninglab@faithlead.org and academy@faithlead.org. Add these to your approved list.
2. **Confirm the email address you used when you registered.** Check your email addresses, including your personal email address, to see if information has been sent there.
3. **Did someone else register you?** If so, they may have used their email address and may be receiving your information. Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
