I can't find a course I purchased.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot.

 

  • Make sure you're logged into your account with the same email address you used to register. (Not sure what that was? Check your inbox for your receipt.)
  • Go to your member dashboard and scroll down the page until you see Courses. 
  • Click on "My Courses" to access the ones you've enrolled in.



  • Is the course still not there? Something may have gone wrong with your registration. Contact us for support.
